Sugarfree granola bars using just 4 ingredients

Granola bars are healthy snacks made of oats and jaggery which are rich sources of protein and minerals. I have made them using just 4 ingredients easily available in an Indian household. Here's a super easy sugar free recipe you can try! Ingredients : •Oats •Dry fruits of your choice •Butter/Ghee •Jaggery powder Method : •Dry roast the oats and dry fruits and keep aside. •Heat ghee in a pan. •Add powdered jaggery. •Cook on low flame till the jaggery melts. •Mix the roasted oats and dryfruits with hot jaggery. •Set on a plate and cut. •Let the granola bars cool for 10 minutes. •Serve :-) Let me know in the comments if you tried the recipe! Trek to Karnala fort: A wonderful journey

Karnala fort at a distance The Karnala fort is a hill fort in Raigad district. The main attraction of this place is it's bird sanctuary.  It has now become a very popular trekking spot . How to get there:- It takes just 30 minutes to reach Karnala from Panvel by road. After reaching the entry gate, it is an amazing trek of 1-2 hours depending on your speed and halts. Level of  trekking: Intermediate The level of this trek is quite easy for hikers but if you're a beginner,  it starts getting slightly tougher as you climb upwards. Overall, it is a beautiful and tireless journey except for times when you might get tired while climbing bigger rocks. Also, do not carry too much weight on your shoulders or you might get exhausted halfway and will have no energy during descent.
